Power mig 300 question

Hey guys, I just scooped up a Power mig 300 today, it turns on, you can click through all of the settings and modes, no error messages (that I know of). It will feed wire. But it will not make an arc. Stick mode either. What does this mean? I’m wondering if there are any fuses on it that I can’t seem to find. Or possibly I’m missing something.I have 2 power mig 255s so I’m familiar with the design but this digital stuff is new to me. Maybe I’m on the wrong setting ? My luck it’s a bad pc board. How do I verify this? Any help would be appreciated. I missed Lincoln’s tech service hours by 20 minutes today.. can’t wait for Monday so I’m posting here because I’m dying to find out if this thing is wasted or not haha.
