Spoolmatic 1 CR2 relay wiring Help Millermatic 200

Hello to the Forum, I have searched under every key word I could think of but did not locate anything on this subject.I have a MillerMatic 200 SN:JD731885 that welds just fine with the mig gun.I purchased a Spoolmatic 1 (4 Pin) that plugs right in on the front.When the trigger is pulled the wire feeds (and the wire speed control works on the gun).The gas flows.The CR2 relay activates but the contactor does not.If I pull the mig gun trigger, the contactor activates.I have the manual from Miller but it does not show the pin out and wiring to the pins on the CR2 relay.I replaced the CR2 with a new one and no change., and I suspect it is not wired correctly judging from the photos I’ve been able to come across on the internet.I have followed all the wires, checked for continuity, check all connections for corrosion and tightness.Does anyone have the pinout and which wire to the pin on the CR2?All the wires are nicely labeled.I really searched trying to find any info on this and came up empty.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you for reading this.
Reply:Here's a link to the Manual Miller says corresponds to your serial number. The Spoolgun connector (shown in the bottom Parts section, Page 10) is called RC3 and is near the top left of the schematic where the letters C, A, D, and B line up (top to bottom). Reply:Yes, schematic is the same one. pin A of the Spoolmatic plug is Wire# 37 which goes to a pigtail at a resistor,  the other end of the pigtail goes to pin4 on the CR2 relay ( this is also labeled wire#37)going through the resistor is then wired to a compositor and the wire # 39 coming out of that going to pin C in the Spoolmatic plug.  Pin D on the spoolmatic plug is wire # 38 which goes to pin A on th CR2 relayI have no idea if the wires are on the right pins on the CR2 relay. I am hoping there is a Service Level schematic or relay pin out that someone may have to show this.

Reply:Oldiiron2,THANK YOU , THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!!i took your advice and traced all the CR1 circuits and figured out which two wires where on the wrong posts of the CR2 relay.SHE WELDS ALUMINUM !!!!!!!!!!!!!I purchased this Spoolmatic 1 off of eBay that had not been used much if at all.Ive spent some hours trying to figure this out, now to replace a hundred zip-ties on all the wiring.This forum is really awesome.Thank you for the advice and knowledge, and thank you for the fast replies.Robert.
