Hey guys I have a 225nt here that wont weld DC it just gives the smallest spark wont arc, i took the rectifier off took it all apart and checked it all out diodes are all good so at this point i am suspecting a selector switch but on the rectifier plates it looked like lil mylar caps with leads clipped to each plate and siliconed down, they were all crumbled and falling apart, is anyone familiar with these and what the value is on them??? I dont think they are critical but would replace them while i have it apart.Thanks |
