bobcat 225NT wont weld DC has 62vdc at leads

I am working on a bobcat here I just about have ready to go however it will not weld DC, I took the rectifier out and all tested well, I cleaned all connections and put it back together, I have 62vdc at the lead terminals on the front of the machine but it will not burn a rod, a very faint spark is all i get at best, works fine on the AC side. seems the volts are there just not the amperage any suggestions are greatly appreciated
