My sa 250 wont rev up welds fine if I put into high manually but be nice for it to rev up on it own I replaced the reed fuse in the tube didnt do anything the previous one was broken though that would do the trick any advice on where to start next should I get the new low idle bored Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Reply:I would double check the ground for the new reed switch and make sure it's closing when striking an arc. You can check this with an ohm meter checking for continuity to ground at the idler board red wire.If the reed switch is functioning properly then the idler board would be suspect. If needed, this is where I get replacement idler boards.https://www.mcssl.com/store/4833177/...troller-sa-200MM200 w/Spoolmatic 1Syncrowave 180SDBobcat 225G Plus - LP/NGMUTT Suitcase WirefeederWC-1S/Spoolmatic 1HF-251D-1PakMaster 100XL '68 Red Face Code #6633 projectStar Jet 21-110
