SA 250 blow by/puking oil

just got this sa 250 running with Perkins 5000 hrs , had hell of algae in tank  which finally getting clear /clean(recommend Diesel  Clear product ), used temp tank got running  got very high oil pressure pegs 80 psi that has blow by and puking oil out valve cover vent ,guessing rings stuck or broken  and oil relief valve is stuck ?, so change oil and added liquids Molly oil treatment  and lucas oil stabilizer , think oil pressure supposed to be 40 to 60 ? so is there inline PVC vent that could add to keep oil in engine and let vent gas release ?

Reply:runs and welds good ,no smoke that see blowing out exhaust can deal with blow by , but oil coming out breather tube ,will run little more before trying tear into it
