Is the Miller Legend AEAD-200 LE a good machine?

I noticed a MILLER "THE LEGEND" AEAD-200 LE near me for sale.  I was wondering if these were good machines.  I do primarily stick welding.  The unit is a bit beat up, but it comes with a spare parts unit.Your thoughts and comments would be appreciated.https://tricities.craigslist.org/tls...504253385.html
