Flat bed with Titanium 125 flux core welder

**************** Just so you know I don't know S*!T ************************Change of Plans maybe . So will the Titanium 125 flux core Handle , 2 x 2 x 1/8 Steel ?.using existing holes , weld a rectangle box 2 x 2 x 1/8 to bolt on frame, then cross members across that's the frame.
