I have a 30xp and while using it in my cnc, the torch went out. It shows the flashing consumables light saying the consumables aren't on properly. But they are. Even with new ones it's not working. When the trigger is pressed, air comes out but no spark. Anyone have an idea what's going on?

Reply:Triple check your consumables. make sure cap is not to tight. Then call Hypertherm tech support. You will not have to test the power pcb. See if you have buss voltage.it is possible the inverter in down and pilot IGBT has failed. Or torch is open.Torch can be checked with an ohm meter. You can get all the manuals on hypertherm's web site. If in warranty ask Hypertherm for a service shop location.
