Welding advise on small aluminium tubes

Hello,I've a project where I need to joint some tubes to create a cage. As tubes I'm using aluminium with a diameter of 16mm and 1.5mm thickness. I've no/low welding experience.After some research I've understood how to proceed in welding, but I've a doubt about which type of welding is more advised for this material/dimensions.Actually I can go with brazing or MIG without gas. Since I need to invest in materials, I want to know which one is preferable to make stronger joints.I'm thinking that MIG is much stronger, but on such small diameter and thin material I'm no anymore sure about this. Maybe the difficult to weld such small circumference can also create weaker joints with MIG.Any suggestion is appreciate!
Reply:TIG will be your best choice. If it is a one time project, find a welder to hot glue it for you.An optimist is usually wrong, and when the unexpected happens is unprepared. A pessimist is usually right, when wrong, is delighted, and well prepared.

Is it decorative?Is it for security to keep something in or out?If security, what are you keeping in or out?Will it be attached to something? REALLY...Here's a guy asking if he'd be better off with "gasless mig" over Brazing ALUMINUM - Seriously,,, no "help" for somebody so clueless about welding aluminum, he's just to far away from "more accurate" responses to say anything Other than "You're over your head, Take it to somebody".
Reply:You find 16 gauge 1.5mm is harder to weld in steel and greater for aluminum. I do not know back ground but I would look at steel 14 gauge 1.9mm. This easier that a thin tube in aluminum and lower in cost. Dave
