Torch safety

So im in idaho we just got a weird thunder boomer im in the shop so went out to look and was stopped dead in my tracks. Tanks were shut I shut them more. I know for sure there was no Flame before the thunder storm. I used the torch last yesterday. After tightining knobs the Flames still going. If I hadnt been in the shop and torch was touching the wall or who knows what. Id of lost everything that ive worked hard for. Welders tools, the motor im building and possibly my house thats 20yds away.Be carefull. Im still watching the Flame it might be getting smallerIt just went out
