Weldanpower225 wont generate 110 volt or weld.

I have weldanpower225, that had a broken wire on regulator.I had a problem, with the high/low idle coil that I fixed. At the time I didn't know there wasn't any output, won't weld I haven't checked voltage output with meter.Ordered a set of brushes.
