Reply:Guys yes it's a Chinese machine,  IGBT 320AmpAnd yes that part is a Diode400v 80ARoHS compliant.(mm80fu040pc) this was the name i found on the web.Last edited by Mksince98; 5 Hours Ago at 10:46 PM.
