Hello,I have a question about my 200D that I have had since I bought it new in 2006. It only has 2100 hours on it but when it is running the idle keeps fluctuating up and down. When I start welding it doesn't fluctuate as bad but still does a little. It doesn't seem to bother the welding but it is annoying to listen to. I replaced the fuel solenoid back in 09 and it ran great after that but then it sat for a lot of years and I only used it now and then around the place. I would appreciate it if anyone could possible know the problem or how I could troubleshoot to find the possible problem.Thank you,Rigwelder64

Reply:Not sure if this helps, but I resurrected a mid 80's SA 200. It sounded like it was hunting at weld speed had it tested and all was good. For me the Miller Pipe Pro 400 is where its at. They say the Lincolns weld the best but I really love Miller's.It seemed like a good idea at the time!
