Looking at a used Invertec V350 pro. What to look for?

I think it's a factory model. Anything particular to check for when I go to look at it? Seems as though it's missing part of the label on the back.

Reply:Was able to get the seller to send the rest of the info tag. Is it possible to decipher the year of manufacture from this?
