Has anyone ever adapted the Lincoln magnum 250LX to anything other than using it on the power MIG machines? I wanting to possibly adapt this gun to my Lincoln ranger 250GXT. Would it be as simple as splicing a 6 pin plug on to it that the Lincoln Magnum SG (K487-25) uses, or converting the plug on the K488 control module to receive the 250LX spool gun? I don't want to spend all this money on stuff if it is not possible. Just wondering if anyone else has done this and can tell me how it can be done. Thanks in advance!
