I have looked all over the stinkin' net for these things. They look like this.

These are Chevy, but pretty much the same thing, except for the flange...
..mine's a two bolt affair. The exhaust leak is at the manifold coupler. The bell shape on the pipe is f'd from too many attempts to tighten it, and so are the flange thingies.Plan is to cut the connectors off, install stubs, then weld the pipe to fit the stubs. The problem has always been that the damn flange isn't in line with the manifold flange.Bell shaped exhaust pipe shape, donut, and a tightening/compression flange to compress it. One time deal......once you've tightened it, it either works, or it doesn't...mess it up, and you've ruined the bell shape.
Reply:These damn things, but I'm not sure what diameter the 7.5 is https://lmr.com/item/LRS-42113-25/mu...%7C%20%2424.99Hell, I may have found them

They call it an "exhaust starter"

Reply:Stinkin' Fords

My old Dodges had a simple flat flange thingy, with some sorta composite donut that got crushed between the flanges...………..could use the pipes forever.
Reply:Just found this thing https://www.jegs.com/i/Jones-Exhaust...2504B/10002/-1 Just might be the ticket. Damn thing oughta line up if there's a flex joint in the pipe. Dunno if these things will take the heat that close to the manifold.
Reply:This is why everything takes tons of time to get done. Bad loader wheels, bad exhaust, heating issues, and K'kins informed me last week, that I might wanna take the haircut lady's offer to trim my EYEBROWS...………………………...Geez!!!!!!!!!!!!!So, like, I'm gonna let Holga The Viking come at my eyebrows with that electric shaver thingy...………………...I can see it now...…….come home with 1/8" long eyebrows

Reply:Duct tape works wonders for thinning the 'brush'

Reply:Hell...……...Holga...……..Helga...…….I don't speak European

Reply:Hell, better hit the hay...…...gotta finalize the heater fiasco in the morning so's I can finish up on the wheel fiasco
Reply:LOL, What!!!! you mean the wheel's not done yet???

I thought you had a good 8 pages on it already

Reply:Any time I go through a truck to fix odds an ennz under the hood I usually start on the firwall with a tube of RTV... does wonders to keep the unwanted engine emissions from the cab

All too often I see trucks that guys have worked on and they'll have ginormous holes drilled all over the place with cables and wires an who knows what else ran through and they didn't bother to fill the hole in afterwards

you would think it'd be common sense to seal it up when you're done....

.I checked out Summit Racing (John T suggested it), and found these https://www.summitracing.com/parts/wlk-41726/overview/ They're identical to what's on the truck. I just have to measure to make sure the ID is correct.Thank y'all who've helped. I really appreciate it...
