Have a line on this hobart rc300 tag says 3 phase, can these be changed to single phase? Its only 200 bux with wire feed goodies , it would be a stinking bargain, but i can't get 3ph here at home.Trying to post pic off id tag

Reply:I like Hobart welders I own 300 amp stick welder and a G213 stick welder.You can run on motor conerter.But sometimes it can be pain for anyone does not have a background in electronic or electrical I would look for single phase welder. If you here Clovis California I could help the covering over single.Dave

Reply:FYI To cover to 3 phase you need to disconnect the three transformers each other on this welder.Dave
