Thoughts on this older Hobart?

https://offerup.com/item/detail/637061046/$50, which wouldn't kill me if it turns out not to work, but I would like to have some thoughts if it is even worth that before thinking about messing with it. Reply:I’d pass. It doesn’t have the neat Art Deco styling that the old Hobarts do.  I restored one for my man cave, but it still works
