Where to buy solvent resistant orings

This valve is out of my AC flush bottle blow gun, it sticks real bad, won't return at all and I figure the oring must be swelled. Where do I get some good orings that will hold up to solvents? Reply:Best choice for brake parts cleaner, based on the ingredients in CRC Brakekleen , would be Perfluoroelastomer compound FFKM. this is going to be expensive, as far as orings go and more difficult to find. 2nd choice would be Viton Extreme compound ETP also difficult to find. Third and most practical choice would be Viton FKM. There are multiple online sources for all of these.Mike
Reply:So I took the part to a local shop and told them what the application was and they fixed me up with the Buna orings, so far working good. Thanks for all the input, I got a crash course on orings. Reply:Buna N (nitrile) should be ok with brake cleaner, but you'll soon find out

Viton (FKM) would be "better" but it all depends on whats in your cleaner solvents.Neither is any good for Acetone unfortunately
