I weld a lot in our garage, where ventilation isn't optimum, and want to get some kind of respirator. I don't weld aluminum, galvanized or stainless, just steel, and occasionally a little iron. But I often weld "dirty" metal, often with paint on it (e.g. red oxide primer). I have a Miller Digital Performance helmet. Will this respirator fit under it? I like this kind so I can use the 2097/2297 P100 filters. It's at Home Depot. Its web page is at: https://www.homedepot.com/p/3M-Mediu...A1-A/202078789p.s. that's not me in the picture! Reply:No problem. You really should wear the dust mask when grinding. I try to put mine on whenever I grind and it makes a big difference in how I feel later in the day compared to when I am lazy and don't put it on.Millermatic 252 MIGMiller Dynasty 200DX TIGMiller Spectrum 625 PlasmaAltas 12x36 Metal LatheBridgeport Milling Machinewww.psacustomcreations.com
