Ultraweld 130 won't weld

So recently, I was given an old (early 90s would be my guess) Ultraweld 130, DC inverter stick machine. Plugged into power, fan comes on, no weld. I can't find much info about it at all online. Hoping somebody may be able to offer some insight. Thanks
Reply:The UW130 does not have a built in gas valve so the use of a torch with a valve would be needed.
