having troble with porosity and what looke like worm trails??? any suggestions

Reply:The worm tracks can be caused by traveling too fast or using too low gas flow. Basically, your gas flow isn't shielding the weld as long as it should. I know it sounds a bit odd, but try it. Either slow down or turn the gas up and see if that fixes it. |
