Hello, folks...I have been reading up on setup for my Miller and did not see any answers to the following questions:Is it safe to arc weld with materials sitting on a concrete floor/slab? (grounding issues?)When welding materials sitting on a concrete floor/slab (if safe), should the welder be standing on a rubber mat of some kind?Safe and correct storage for electrodes? My father-in-law stores his in an old refrigerator (unplugged, non-functional).Lastly, after I have spent some time learning/practicing beads on scrap, I'd like to build a lumber/ladder rack for my '90 Ford Ranger... anyone know where I can get plans for this?TIA,stevek
