clarke en130 mig

I know there's alot of welders out there but does anyone have info on the clarke en130 mig and how good is it or are they junk.

Reply:right now budget about 300.00 i see that welde it came with cart auto darken hood and everything for gas.I just wanted to know if they were any good
Reply:Get on Ebay and look for "Buy It Now" deals.   You might find a used Lincoln or Miller 135.   I got a new Lincoln Pro-Mig 175 on Ebay for $400 + shipping.   The exact same welder at my local Lowes was $199.00 more.Also, check with your local welding supply shop to see if there are any trade-in's.     Just my opinion, but I would steer clear of Clarke and Chicago ElectricThere are no small projects
Reply:I can't say a lot. I've walk around a few of the Clarks at TSC, kicked the tires and such. Didn't see anything that made me want to look too much farther into them. Don't know how they run tho.
Reply:Lots of Miller 135's and Lincolns going for that price on ebay. Reply:i was in home depot and i seen a lincoln but they had the 3200hd for 429.00 and a 3000hd for 329.00 it was some kind of package deal but not sure if the welder was 135 or a sp100 didn't say
Reply:hi, i personally have this welder and i love it. i use lincoln weld pak 100's at work and i'd say this is just about as good as the lincolns, except the clarke can weld aluminum and stainless when used with gas. i received this welder as a gift and it is the best gift anyone has given me. i use it every weekend and hasnt given me any problems what so ever.
