Reply:Body work, .025", ER70S-6, w/ Ar 75%/CO2 25% mix gas.
Reply:I tend to agree with mjedude you really want to MIG body work with gas and wire. Flux core isn't MIG and confusing the two doesn't really help.All that being said if you go flux core you neeed to run the smallest wire you can find and will run through your welder. The problem with flux core is penetration, to much of it in fact with larger wire.ThanksDave
Reply:How do you plan to neutralize the flux?If you plan to paint over your welds, they will likely have adhering issues due to the above.Use .025 wire and c25.
