I have some questions on setting up my HF-250 tig welder. I just bought it used. I understand I should use DC negative to weld autobody panels. Is anybody here familiar with this welder?
Reply:What are your peramteters.need gas type..assuming argon. Need tungsten dia.need thickness of materialneed wire you plan to use. yes I know its GTAW but its still wire, just cut length. if you know the thickness, just dial in and add an amp for every .001 for instance. 1/8" is .125" therefore 125 amps. 1/16" = .0625" 62 amps.
