Finally found the new thread button, some inspector I am???!!! First of all, I'd like to say that I enjoy this forum and would like to contribute to its success in some way. I previously uploaded a little test; attached is the answer sheet for anyone who may be interested. Working for a class 1 Railroad, my ultimate goal is to promote safety. Welding and cutting can be very dangerous activities and ignorance (not to be confused with stupidity) can get people hurt or killed. So, for example the first question on the test is to see how many people answer Oxygen; which is usually a large majority. Also, I would like to offer a one day class on mig, tig, stick, or cutting to anyone interested and close enuf to GA to want to attend.Weldtek Attached FilesWelding Test Answers.doc (28.0 KB, 119 views)Weldtek

Reply:depends on turn out; either my house in Fayetteville or my shop in McDonough. Right now looks like my house on Sat. Sept. 9th.Weldtek
Reply:Since there's been no further response, I assume the interest is not there for a GA class. My regular classes have started up again and I'll be real busy for awhile. We have 33 students we gotta teach how to burn-n-learn. Yesterday someone asked me if the sparks were hot??????I guess I'll be real busy.Hope to see you at the AWS show.Weldtek |
