Hi, we have a Lincoln "Shield-Arc Junior" Welder.It has a Wisconson VF-4 engine.Serial # on the welder is #TE497436It runs and works great. Does anyone know what year it would be, or where we could find info on it. Also we are thinking of selling it, any idea what it would be worth?

Reply:My Dad had one. I used it a lot. I remember once driving down a bumpy road towing it with my '46 willys jeep. I looked in the mirror and it was upsidedown in the air! Landed on its lid. Broke the exhaust manifold and a little body work.Good machine. I have no idea what year it is, but I think its 200 amp.DavidReal world weldin. When I grow up I want to be a tig weldor. |
