I am too lazy to take a picture of mine, but if you are a welder, you will know exactly what I am talking about.I am looking for the adapter that on one side has an angled piece of brass/copper with a hole in it that gets bolted on to your welder. On the other end is a female connection that accepts the standard industrial sized tweco connectors for your welding leads. The local welding supply wanted $22 for it but with my company discount they would give it to me for $17. Still too pricy for a little piece of brass with a bit of plastic and a screw. So if anyone knows where I can order one for like $5 online or something let me know because when I search for "tweco adapters" in google I find a bunch of PDF files.btw, if you can't figure out what I am talking about, I can go take a picture, but I didn't think it would be necessary.
Reply:You're talking SMAW or GMAW ? If it's a Miller unit, welcome to their monopoly. That have enforced standard pricing of their parts. John - fabricator extraordinaire, car nut!- bleeding Miller blue! http://www.weldfabzone.com
