We have a frame at work that the welding engineer set paramiters for: it must be welded with 90/10 gas at constant voltage with a wire speed of 400 in. and voltage of 27 on a lincoln 3 phase welder with .045 wire. (material is .312-.375in.) Talk about hot!!

Reply:It sounds like you will be welding with a metal core wire....

Reply:We build cotton pickers, high cycle sprayers, grain drills, and tillage equipment. I am a tillage welder.
