I just hooked up my shielding gas for my mig. Do I need to relieve pressure when done welding? Or can I just turn off the cylinder? Thx.
Reply:You can just turn off the cylinder.
Reply:alright, kool. Thx.
Reply:And if you have no pressure on the gage the next day look for the leak Me!
Reply:LOL, i'll have to try that later cuz I already relieved the pressure. What's best way to find a leak? I heard with a barbeque grill lighter. Someone told me if there is a leak, it will find it and you will know very quickly. LOL HE HE HE
Reply:Uhhh. Shielding gas is not flammable. LOL,just think what would happen if it were..Miller EconotigCutmaster 38Yes ma'am, that IS a screwdriver in my pocket!
Reply:LOL i was just joking, but i didn't realize that it wasn't flammable. Kinda makes sense a? LOL
Reply:the bubble stuff kids play with works good and is cheap.  use the "wand thing" and cover all you joints and fittings. No bubbles = no leaks...Just wipe it all off when finished.Me!
Reply:Yeah my kids just got some new bubbles today at Wally World. So no safety hazzard just the loss of your gas then a? It was funny when I was hooking my gas up and setting the pressure, my dad who is paranoid of everything anyways was acting like I was diffusing a bomb. LOL.
