Lincoln Invertec v-250s questions...

I have a chance to pick up a Lincoln Invertec v-250s DC Tig/stick welder for a song, but I have a few questions first.  One, the unit only comes with the power cable, so I will have to purchase the necessary leads for the stick function, as well as the torch, regulator, and foot pedal for Tig welding.  How much can I expect to pay for these items (used or new)?  I was actually looking for an AC/DC arc welder when I came across this deal, but I wouldn't mind getting a Tig set up and this unit would be a good start.  I can always get the arc leads now, and pick up the Tig items down the road.So, what cost am I looking at to make this welder stick and Tig ready, and what is the general concensus on the machine?  Thanks!
