I recently purchased a 1975 SA-250 F-163.  It had a carb kit put in, and a new idler module according to the seller.  While welding today, it began toaccellerate, then opened up ungoverened.  I shut it down and restarted ita couple of times.  The idler module pulled it to wide open, I could slow it down with my hand on the throttle at the carburetor, but once I let go, it would immediately go to wide open.  What is going on with it?Bob seND
