Reply:yeah, from aprox. 2'' radius up to whatever you need.FYI,I edited my post, after studying the link you posted and determining it was a bender.

Reply:This is how I bend nearly everything. This is 5/16" rod. I have several RR track anvils set at various distances. Heavier stock gets a heavier hammer. I bend 1" stuff regularly. On circles. once i get it over 150deg I place a die in the bend and pound the bar or rod around it. I might be a little "old school". Great strees relief and my forearms look like Popeye's. Reply:if it's 1/4" round stock what I do is draw the project on a table and tack pipe at the bends(depending on the radius I want) and clamp one end and start bending it around the lugs sometimes you need some manipulation with a hammer though and or some heat
Reply:Here is the small bender I use for all the small round bar projects I have posted. I could take some better pic's of it and measurments for you if you like so you can build your own. Let me know.Miller DVI2Lincoln Precision Tig 225Thermodynamics Cutmaster 38Everything else needed.
