Trying to figure out English metal specs

Ok, I'm about to quote on a project that is currently being made in England.  The problem I'm having is the material specs - for instance, what is "EN3B"??  "Bright drawn steel angle"?

Reply:Thanks, that does help.  I had pretty much assumed "bright drawn" referred to cold rolled; but I have not seen cold rolled angle before...  Thank you!
