Reply:Looks good.  Had one exactly like.  Same year and all;however, it was short lived, got hit by a drunk driver head on and destroyed that huge truck. Luckily I was driving it.I really like the interior of those years. Really nice truck you have there. Is it going to your daily driver?Did it come with a trailer brake sending unit too?Those wheels are nice weld it like you own it

Reply:i have a 99, best damn truck i have owned, love it to death.  Careful with the cupholders, they arent meant to hold big gulps, the dash will crack, if it hasnt already, its a fact of life.If you want to make that turbo sing a little bit, pull the intake tube off, inside there is a conical ring held in place with a snap ring, pop that thing out, reassemble and stick your foot in it.good score for sure.

Reply:Did you check to see if it's a 53 block.  They are known to crack because of a thin area in the casting of the block. I have one in my 99 but it is still fine with 130K on it.  Google the 53 block for more info.  Good luck with it.
