3G welding test

can someone put a pic of a 3g test. i don't know how its supost to look when its done

Reply:3G vertical UP, 3/8" 4" X 6" plate 22.5* bevel on each one for a total of 45*  1/8 to 1/4" root gap, 1/4" X1" backer 8" long  I took it with .045 wire and Co2.It should look like you did it flat pretty much.  Up to 1/8" proud.  3 passes, I turned the welder down for each pass.David Real world weldin.  When I grow up I want to be a tig weldor.
