Hi all ! it was sometime within the last few months someone on here or maybe on one of the other welding forums mentioned some tractor paint that you can brush on and it looked really smooth and shiny when they got done, if my memory serves me right it was out of nebraska somewhere, i think it was yorkiepap that has used it and he had a photo of something gray he painted . i do remember it being tractor paint .. so if any of you guys recall this please post a link or a name if you have it ... thanks chris:
Reply:Did you try the search function? Give that a shot if the following isn't the one you're looking for. I entered tractor+paint for the criteria and came up with this:http://weldingweb.com/vbb/showthread.php...=tractor+paint
Reply:The brade maybe different but any farm supply store will have it. Tractor Supply carries Valspar brade. Brush it ,roll it, or spray it. I thin it a little with xylene or acetone for spraying. If you're getting it from a Valspar dealer get some of the hardener for it. Dries faster and stand up to the sun better that way.Tough as nails and damn near as smart |
