anyone tell me a little about this Miller DX

I searched googles and could find nothing about this dx ,  can someone give me some info? What i know is it's a inverter, square wave, ac/dc/cc.... I think it is TIG and or stick...is that right?  approx price? good shape with no cables just the DX....Thanks..DSC08782Q.jpg
