Hi ! This is related to aerospace issues.Laser beam welding of shells with propellants loaded in the shell. What is the process procedure and safety aspects. could anyone can provide me with the solution? thank you

What is the classification number of the propellant? Is the propellant reactive with the laser gases, heat of the laser, etc5 th FAA certs/fed and local all have to be taken into consideration with the above. There are many factors to consider and some of those factors may interact or react  with each other.The Laser operator must be certified and knowledgeable of all the factors before jumping in an doing a Capt Kirk on this LOADED AEROSPACE SHELL  or else "Co-Own CNC shop:Miller :1251 plasma cutter, MaxStar 700 TIG/Stick, & XMT 456 Multiprocess Welder.&  2 Hypertherm HPR260's Plasma CutterSorry I had a bad stroke but now I am back.

I agree, but I know for damn sure that Fred from Iowa would not have received the same responses. It may not have been you who ousted him for being (supposedly) from India, but you sure jumped on the hay wagon pretty quickly.You have not seen me post any of my work here, and you won't.  The kind of stuff I am responsible for does not fit in here with cobbled up farm impliments, jacked up welding carts, "Base metal cracks" from the farmer (LOL that was funny as hell though). China and India are the worst, especially in the aerospace and defense systems markets. Even smaller companies are targets. They are getting more and more sneaky about how they get information.
