I just purchased a 1982 Lincoln Sa 200 that runs and welds better than any new machine I have used. I gave $1600.00 and a Marlin 22 cal. rifle for it. Did I get a good deal?
Reply:That depends... Go ask Hammack how much he gave for his. I gave waaaay less than that for mine with a need for a few very minor repars.Esab Migmaster 250Lincoln SA 200Lincoln Ranger 8Smith Oxy Fuel setupEverlast PowerPlasma 80Everlast Power iMIG 160Everlast Power iMIG 205 Everlast Power iMIG 140EEverlast PowerARC 300Everlast PowerARC 140STEverlast PowerTIG 255EXT
Reply:You got took............for that lil Marlin.I've been watching Craigslist & have seen them range from $800-2200. I would never trade a firearm for a tool though. But that's just me. I'd have saved my cash a bit more & paid a few more greenbacks for it.But then again, some deals are hard to pass up. I missed out on a brand new Hobart AC/DC Stickmate off fleabay for $150. Had to pass to pay for a tooth repair. Oh well, them's the breaks.MarkI haven't always been a nurse........Craftsman 12"x36" LatheEnco G-30B MillHobart Handler 175Lincoln WeldandPower 225 AC/DC G-7 CV/CCAdd a Foot Pedal to a Harbor Freight Chicago Electric 165A DC TIG PapaLion's Gate Build
