The front brakes are not releasing completely. They dump the air and then there is some residual pressure and it takes 30 sec or so for them to completely disengage. I cleaned the dump valve and the check valve in the air tank. We just adjusted the dump control on the big valve that connects to the foot pedal, am thinking it may be in the control mechanisim on the bottom of that valve. It is a Wabco control. It never did work real well and you could feel them want to hold when taking off, rock a bit and wait a sec and it release. All the wheel hwd is A OK and the cans are new. There is no parking mechanism on the fronts.
Reply:Ha,, got it! Ok, couple adjustments. After I screw up and bout burn the wheels off yesterday by driving 10 mi with front brks dragging. They were hot 2 hrs later,, duh, This fall I might pull the drums off and see how bad I heated them.www.urkafarms.com
