i bought a miller xmt 304 and it has tig on it but i dont know how to hook up the argon to it, in the tig gun at back of cable where it connects to the positive on the welder there is a port that it may go in to but im not shure
Reply:You'll be using scratch start with the XMT. With that being said, hopefully your torch has an on/off gas valve on it.Follow your torch back and there should be a "Y" joint where the gas hose connects from the argon bottle. Did you get a regulator/flow meter with the unit?
