Reply:Not effectively. If you want to mig weld, buy a mig machine.MM350P/Python/Q300MM175/Q300DialarcHFHTP MIG200PowCon300SMHypertherm380ThermalArc185Purox oaF350CrewCab4x4LoadNGo utilitybedBobcat250XMT304/Optima/SpoolmaticSuitcase12RC/Q300Suitcase8RC/Q400Passport/Q300Smith op

Reply:Hello Jethro119, there is a way that a spool gun can be run off of your machine, but it requires a couple of additional items and isn't quite the same as one that is operated from a CV type power source. I'm not quite sure of the exact age of this unit but we have a Millermatic WC-3 Weld Control with a Spoolmatic 2 spool gun hooked up to it. This combination can be used with any DC/CC power source to produce GMAW welds on aluminum. It could additionally run other types of wires as long as they are on 1lb. spools. I don't recall at this time whether this particular control is still in production or whether they have a similar unit that might be used with the 30A spool gun. You could probably go to the Miller website and poke around a bit to determine whether this is still a current production offering. A little bit something extra to consider. Best regards, Allanaevald
