Reply:So, here is the story. I take my 95 Mustang GT up on a curb and back down onto its underside. My car suddenly becomes much louder. I find cracked weld above cat and now I get to weld it.Catch: I was jus given this welder a few weeks ago and am not that good a welder yet. Check out the pics and see for yourself.I think it will hold though. This welding stuff is pretty cool!!!Okay, here is a picture of the cracked weld. Reply:And finally, my test setup to verify that I didn't have any pinhole leaks in my weld job. I put the vacuum hose on the blower port, pressurized the tailpipe with this, capped off other tailpipe and both ports that go to the headers, and checked for air leaking out.Sounds weird, but that is how I found the leak. If you noticed, the leak was on the top of the cat and this was not easily visible from below the car, where I expected the problem. Attached Images
