Any body know of anyone in the Southern California region that has mobile capabilities for hard-facing my roll crusher

Reply:When I retired from the crushers in '02, not many were being used in the northwest where I mainly worked. The co. I worked for had a mobile setup w/ 2  600 amp welders using 9/64" flux core wire and a carriage for each to build up and hardface the rolls.But that was 20 yrs ago when they last used rolls. We went to impacts and fine head cones to make the fine aggregates You might try some of the aggregate trade magazines to see if you can find someone that still does it.
