I just got home from a long ride on a treasure hunt. I  only got lost twice and it was a thirty five minuite ride there when I finely found this place way out in the sticks this good old boy comes out and hands me three five gallon buckets full of horseshoes now I'm heading out into my shop to try my second try at some neat little horseshoe art projects  I'll post some pics soon

Reply:Sure looks like a cowboy to me, but I can't tell what it's made out of.  I had a buddy who used to go to a swap meet / flea market and make little figures out of horse shoe nails and used a OA torch and brazed em together.Last edited by Rocky D; 01-13-2004 at 04:40 PM.Experience is the sum of our mistakes.  Arcin' and Sparkin' Rocky D

Reply:Rocky D,Used 1x 1/8 inch angle frame for the legs to conect to the wood.   Top of legs on the side view is11,  bottom is 15.  Seat is 16 inches high.   Top is 22.5 x 12. Rebar is 7/8.  The 3 shoes came to 13.25 inches and I welded them together first.
