Can You Lay Down A Mean Mig Weld?$$$

Hey fellas kelly here how the heck are ya ! anyways im searching for a group of individuals who can work hard and lay down a wicked mig weld in the alberta area and possibly from other parts of the world if so...have i got one heck of a employment opportunity for you ! Reply:Nothing personal...but I only talk to the principals of a company when it comes to skills, travel and expense negotiations.  I'd like to know the name of the company you claim is looking for personnel and I'd like the names and phone numbers of the senior management.  Provide that and I'll contact them....if not, then I think you're portraying yourself as something you're not...a legitimate employment source.

Reply:hhmm.Well to start i am not the boss but i am a leader of men,just not these men.My company told us all if we can find some good hands theres a little bonus in it for us and as ''I'' more than anyone want to work around the best of the best and in this particular format and situation puts me in the position where i can pick and choose who id like to work with.Before any negotiations or anything else is decided the welder is to perform a weld test and seing how you live in colorado i thought id show what you got before i say where you live to show that you are worth the extra expenses and to expidite things a little faster so really im just trying to help you out.We quite often get guys who say ya i can weld plastic to wood and in the end they end up calling in the BIG GUNS   to fix the situation.There is such a high demand for skilled welders out here theres even sighns on the side of the highway looking for welders and fitters on the radio ,in the papers its crazy!So if you feel that you dont want to share your skills with the rest of us my e mail is on my public profile.If that is exceptable for you then e mail me your pics if not best of luck to you! nothing personal.....as the saying goes its hard to fly like an eagle if your sourounded by a bunch of turkeys!SO in this situation as i said i can pick and choose who might be worth working around."K" WELDERS GET BETTER PENETRATION

Reply:I'm not trying to diss you kelly.  I'm a grown man and I'm used to dealing with the upper levels of management in a company.  If your management would like to see some photo's of how I weld....fine.  But since you're not, and correct me if I'm wrong here, at the level of the actual hiring manager I'll take a pass on your proposal.  If you'd like to tell me and others who the company is and who we should be talking with I'd be more than happy to make sure I tell them where I got their contact info from.I'm no welding expert that's for damn sure...  But I am an adult who shows up to work Monday thru Friday, doesn't drink or do drugs, and I am equally at home sitting in a meeting with the board of directors of any company. If you are a leader as you say you are then providing the information I and others may be seeking should be a small thing for you to do.  Ball is in your court.
