HeyI mean except for being underwater, are the other kinds of welding different in the amounts of physical exertion . Also do you think someone who is not very strong- physical person can do some of this work ?What is your opinion regarding this stuff?ink cartridges
Reply:Field welding (on-site repair, construction, pipeline, etc) is more physically demanding than in-shop welding. The least physically demanding is robotic welding operation and manual sit-down jig welding and artistic/hobby welding. Tig is the cleanest process, but requires the most skill. Stick and fluxcore, which are used mostly in the field, are the hottest/dirtiest processes. Mig is the most common process used in light manufacturing and the easiest to learn.MM350P/Python/Q300MM175/Q300DialarcHFHTP MIG200PowCon300SMHypertherm380ThermalArc185Purox oaF350CrewCab4x4LoadNGo utilitybedBobcat250XMT304/Optima/SpoolmaticSuitcase12RC/Q300Suitcase8RC/Q400Passport/Q300Smith op
Reply:In power plant environments, flexibility and dexterity will play a bigger role than strength.
Reply:you gotta be comfortable when you strike the arc. that said , flexibility is more important than strength. |
